The story of pølaire design is above all the story of two friends who shared a need: to transform their living space with modern creations.

When we moved into our new apartments, we were both looking for unique décor. However, traditional framed posters felt repetitive and unoriginal—always the same designs, the same styles, and frames that limited the image's depth. That's when an idea emerged: why not create artwork that broke the mold, with vibrant, colorful prints on plexiglass? We experimented, and the result was captivating! The designs came to life with unprecedented intensity and luminosity. And so, pølaire was born.

Why polar design?

Our works evoke light waves, like the Northern Lights, with colors and plays of light that bring a unique atmosphere to each space. The name pølaire therefore seemed obvious: it translates the brilliance, depth and luminous character of our creations, recalling the natural phenomena that fascinate us. With pølaire, our mission is to offer you modern, luminous and elegant works of art that transform your spaces by bringing a touch of magic and originality.
